Description
Boma is a Swahili term meaning homestead or an open, natural space that provides a safe and sheltered place in the bush. The Boma Cafe provides such a space in the city, serving our version of fast food.
Our food is produced on a small scale using the freshest available ingredients cooked or baked without preservatives as we would at home. Our choices are varied, created to exceed all expectations and bring the tastes of Africa to you.
Quite often at home there is usually space for one or two tables at the cook shop or cafes of the medinas, where strangers sit shoulderto shoulder to enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner. At Boma , in the tradition of (West, East, and North) African cook shops, maquis or medinasfound in a crowded alley, along the busiest streets or under a shady tree, we provide high quality, home cooked food, available fresh and fast.
